Kim Hibbs leads Hibbs Homes in Salt Lake City and St. Louis. He is actively involved in the design, development, and construction of each new home and project we build. Kim is a Master Certified Green Professional (MCGP) who has worked tirelessly in his career to further responsible high-performance home building practices and has even advised the White House on the importance of green homebuilding. He is a RESNET and Energy Star-recognized home builder and has led some of the most cutting-edge green construction projects in the United States - including construction of the most energy-efficient home in Missouri and the first Active House in North America. Kim also hosts "The Art of Custom" podcast, a program that helps families prepare for and plan their custom home building projects.
Jan Hibbs is a licensed Realtor working to assist our home building clients as they find land for their new home build. She and her partner Laura Hofer specialize their practice in locating buildable parcels across the St. Louis region. In addition to her work finding land, Jan also manages the business and financial operations for Hibbs Homes in Salt Lake City and St. Louis.

With more than 15 years of experience in the home building industry, Drew Padgett has done it all. Her roles have included estimation, operations and sales. Her cross-discipline knowledge is an asset for our team and our clients that work with her to develop budgets for their custom homes. Drew has extensive experience in luxury construction, and has long worked as an advocate for her home building clients - working to guide them through selections and design in a way that supports their budget.
Director of Construction & Sales
Chris Pedigo grew up in the construction industry. As a fourth-generation carpenter, he has more than 30 years of new home building experience. Chris oversees our St. Louis construction operations, and serves as a superintendent on multiple projects, serving as a primary client contact from design through construction. Prior to joining the Hibbs Homes team in 2013, Chris most recently served as the construction manager for Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County.
As a Construction Superintendent, Neil is the primary point of contact for multiple projects. He brings more than 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience to every project he works on. Neil is known for his attention to detail and ability to deliver quality homes on time and on budget.
Estimator & Project Manager
Zack joins the Hibbs Homes team with 15 years of experience as a carpenter in the St. Louis construction industry. His education is in construction management, and he grew up in the home building industry with his father who was a carpenter and contractor. In his free time, he is an avid golfer, and you can find him on the course when he isn't spending time with his wife and three children
Tony began his homebuilding career as a carpenter and went on to work for a land developer and home building company in St Louis & St Charles, MO. He started as a lead for home warranty work and was quickly promoted to a superintendent position, where he served for 13 years. Tony went on to own and operate his own contracting & remodeling business and also has experience as a construction manager for Habitat for Humanity St. Charles County.
Director of Marketing
Melody develops and implements the communications strategy across all of our channels to support the Hibbs Homes sales and design/build team in both markets. She owned her own marketing & communications consultancy, of which Hibbs Homes was one of her first clients. She works with our team and clients to share stories about our company, clients, and the homes we build.
Lucy has worked in the residential architecture and construction industry for over 10 years, with the last six years focused on design-build projects. While working at a design-build firm in Chicago for a few years, Lucy was responsible for design as well as construction drawings for various custom homes in the Chicagoland area. Lucy's most recent experience entails being the team support for a large remodeling company in St. Louis, and she is looking forward to getting back to her roots with whole-home design at Hibbs Homes.
Ann is a true expert at both residential and commercial interior design, with more than twenty years of design experience, including many years working managing selections for private clients, spec and display homes. She works closely with our clients to guide them through the process of making material selections that will fulfill their vision for their home, while keeping them on budget. Ann is well-established with local architects and showrooms in the St. Louis region, and enjoys working with homeowners to help them realize their vision for their dream home.
Anna Entringer enjoyed an early start in the interior design field, hand-coloring the fabric family room shades and painting her favorite sayings on her bedroom walls. Anna studied communications and nutrition/dietetics before pursuing her passion for interior design. She has worked with a variety of home builders in the St. Louis area as a design assistant. Through this work, she came to appreciate the fulfillment of the design vision through construction - and sought out a role with Hibbs Homes that would allow her to work closely with clients to help them fulfill their dream home vision. She is passionate about helping our clients design better built homes with livable spaces that match their family's needs and individual lifestyles.
Melissa graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2002 and began her career the following year in new construction. To gain more insight into the housing industry she also became a licensed Realtor in 2005. Her experience includes production home sales management, interior and exterior color selections, inventory home design and staging, estimating, and project management. Melissa is the proud owner of Designs by Melissa Gray where she works with many local builders and homeowners to create and design homes that bring them joy. When working with Melissa you will see her passion for new home construction and design along with her proactive processes to help guide our clients through the process of the dream home they envisioned.
With more than 30 years in the home building industry, Mariquita brings her construction knowledge and love for design to the Hibbs Homes Design team. During her early years in construction, she learned blueprints, bidding, and scheduling, quickly evolving to specify and purchase products for new homes. She has owned her own interior design company and is also a real estate agent, assisting her clients in finding properties. Her eye for architecture and form shine through every project, and her clients are constantly impressed by her ability to make each individual home unique and specific to their style and needs.
Karla grew up in Wildwood, MO and graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. After graduating, she worked in design showrooms assisting clients in choosing interior finishes for their homes. She then went on to work with a residential builder where she assisted homeowners with exterior and interior selections for their new homes. Most recently, she has been working as a freelance designer while raising her three children. With over 15 years of design experience, she recognizes the importance of connecting with clients on their home building journey in order to craft their vision for their dream home.

Jim Woodruff has worked in the custom home construction business for nearly 20 years and is absolutely indispensable to our team. He works to help our team prepare the lot for construction - and serves as a liaison between the client and the municipalities to ensure that all projects are executed correctly and fully permitted. He also oversees our construction site safety programs.
