Kim Hibbs
President
Kim founded Hibbs Luxury Homes in 2004 alongside his wife, Jan. Renowned nationally as a leading high-performance building company, their deep roots in the Park City drove them to expand here and introduce their brand of exceptional building quality and processes to the region.
Kim has been a Master Certified Green Professional for 15 years, has served on the board for the National Home Builders Association (NAHB) for 10 years, and is the past president of the HBA of Eastern Missouri. He is a RESNET and EnergySTAR-recognized and built one of the first gold level-verified green homes through the St Louis HBA.
Jan Hibbs
Vice President
Jan co-founded Hibbs Luxury Homes in 2004 after working with Kim to renovate homes as a side business. She is a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Gundaker, helping manage new home sales and marketing. Jan works closely with clients who need help finding land to build their homes. She also oversees the business and financial operations for Hibbs Homes.
Amy Herold
Director of Business Development
A Utah native, Amy was instrumental in the building Hibbs Luxury Homes in Northern Utah. She has become integrated into initiatives to conserve the character and community that makes the Wasatch Back unique. She serves on the board for the Park City Home Builders Association and is active in the Junior League and Utah Women in Business.
Bill Pelleya
Director of Operations
Bill has residential construction in his veins, beginning when he worked with his father developing homes on the east coast. When he struck out on his own he began building green home in North Carolina and sold real estate for a brokerage, eventually moving into the luxury construction industry. When he fulfilled his dream to move to Northern Utah he quickly began working in the local building market. He is our head problem solver and has a hand in all aspects of the business and our projects.
Alexa Wagasky
Estimator & Project Manager
Alexa is our resident expert on bluebird days and the best groomed runs. She has worked in construction in the Park City area since graduating from Auburn University with her degree in Mechanical Engineering. She designed commercial HVAC and plumbing before moving into residential construction, where she has found her calling. She is the key to keeping the quality of relationships and vetting practices running with our trades and vendors.
Walter Sdrenka
Superintendent
Walt is an award-winning project manager and superintendent with degrees in construction management and project management. He has extensive experience in both the residential and commercial construction sectors and is not afraid to put a tool belt on when needed. His attention to detail and knowledge of green building position as a perfect fit for the homes we build in the Utah mountains and he holds several certifications for job site safety and high-performance home construction.
