Two dogs, two kids, and two adults - there was a lot of life and love packed into the four walls of our clients' home. These high-school sweethearts had filled their home with lots of memories and life. But as their family grew, it started to feel a bit dated. And as their children became more active they were also outgrowing the floor plan. Their search for their next home presented a unique challenge because they wanted to stay close to the school they loved.
When a prime tear-down and rebuild property hit the market just a few miles away, they knew this was a golden opportunity to turn their dream home into a reality. A home perfectly tailored to their adventurous, sports-loving family and with plenty of special perks for their sweet pups.
Our clients collaborated with Sam Morgan from S.W. Morgan Fine Home Design to craft the perfect floor plan for their needs. In the winter of 2022, Hibbs Luxury Homes began construction on their dream home. Fast-forward to October 2023 when the family celebrated their official move-in day for their home that is a sanctuary of luxury and comfort designed especially for them.
